LAP-A-THON Sponsor form
Fundraising with the Howell Sea
Serpents:
Every club needs to fundraise to survive the costs of running the everyday needs of a club.
Costs include:
- monthly pool fee's
- office fee's
- weekly coaches fee's
- accounting fee's
- official fee's
- ribbons
- awards -medals, trophies etc.
- banquet/parties -swimmers do not pay @their banquet!
- league dues
- caps
- misc...
So on that note we need to fundraise. Here are our fundraisers that we participate & need you
to also.
If you have any suggestions please feel free to contact any board member with your IDEA's!
Year round fundraising:
- Team sponsor -sponsor your HSS club w/a team donation!
- website sponsor -advertise your business on our sponsor page: Company name & number -business card ~$50.00,
Company name, number & link to your website ~$100.00

FALL:
- GFS fall ala cart menu -chairperson:Kiki Axer
- concessions at our home meets
- apparel at our home meets -we receive up to 23% back in commissions when you purchase apparel items.
- Team Apparel -we receive 10% incentive for you purchasing.
WINTER:
- HSS LAP-A-THON -pledges
you get for your swimmer swimming laps during a designated practice. This is our biggest fundraiser. Co-chairpersons:Jeff
Libler & Joanne Waddell.
- This year we are going to have a contest of who collects the
most pledges -turned in! The winner will receive a gift certificate for: Dinner at a local resturant, movies
to the Howell theater & dessert @ a local ice cream shop!
Date: March 4th -Tuesday
Times: 4:30-5:30 & 5:30-6:30
