CLUB COMMITTEE'S
Finanace Committee - chaired by treasurer, responsible for management of funds/dues and preparation of budget -Monique
Bauer & Doreen Buttermore
Scheduling Committee - responsible for scheduling all swim meets as well as coordinating pool practice times -Doreen Buttermore
Fundrasing Committee - responsible for proposing/administering all fundraising -Kiki Axer
Apparel Committee - responsible for all functions related to selection, acquisition and distribution of team apparel and
related items -Becky Esch
Concessions Committee - responsible for coordinating concessions for all hosted swim meets -Donna St.Charles
Meet set-up/takedown - responsible for meet set-up and takedown of all equipment necessary for hosted swim meets
Volunteer Committee - responsible for coordinating all needed volunteers for swim meets as well as Championships -Jeff
Libler
Computer/timing Committee - responsible for running the timing/computer system at swim meets as well as coordinating training
for new people
Bylaw Committee - responsible for revision/review of bylaws
Team Records - Would keep track of records broke, update the record board & send the info to the webmaster to
update. -Jeff Libler
